On the other hand, the biases discussed appear to be part of the human condition. This suggests that certain thinking patterns may also be evident in behavior of investors, which is part of what behavioral finance has been arguing for years. So what begins off as an entertaining discussion of procrastination winds up to be part of a critique of the simpler versions of the efficient market hypothesis.
