This Cool Video is from National Geographic. It shows how technology has been applied to milking cows. It is not only labor saving, but the cows appear healthier and live longer. Ironically, it works in part because the cows themselves can decide when they want to be milked as opposed to the farmers schedule. I want to write more about the broader application of more democratic production, but I need to go do something for my boss.
